Compliance Specialist

? We are the GO team! What You'll Do? A typical?Compliance Specialist's Day might include:
Researching community homes aiding support for special programs such as victims of domestic violence or lower income set-asides.
Reviewing?a leasing report?assuring?the team is making every effort?to convert prospects to future residents.
Deescalating?a tricky situation?with a resident resulting in a?5-star?Google review Partnering with community organizations to aid in finding a home for a family that needs extra support.
Working with teams across several Indigo Living communites to ensure compliance of affordable housing programs are being met.
? What You Need to Get the Job Done? This role might be a fit for you if:
You take ownership?and understand the big picture.
?You find?the small everyday win and find ways to do more with less.
You are a natural communicator.
You can make the complex and scary, simple.
Like a family relocating across states.
You are comfortable communicating on multiple channels such as phone, email, chat, Facebook etc.
? You are curious and driven.
You like asking those questions that hit at the root of the problem and then follow up with more questions.
You are flexible.
You enjoy learning new things and rolling with changes.
Your availability allows for a flexible work week, which includes some weekend coverage.
You need to have at least two years' experience?in a supervisory capacity managing multifamily communities.
?Also,?we would like to see an?associate?degree in business or a related field.
