The Retail Supervisor will assist in the supervision of the retail team members and the various retail stands located in the amusement park.
This position directly supports the Retail Manager with efficient operation of the department which provides a positive guest experience.

Provides direct support to other retail team members through making rounds throughout the park to check on their needs Ability to troubleshoot the point-of-sale system when team members are having difficulties Able to work open to close when the position requires Maintains a vast knowledge of the items in the stands and their price points in order to effectively assist guests and team members with questions regarding products Stocks retail areas Maintains stores, stands, and storage closets in a neat, clean, and organized fashion which includes but is not limited to occasional sweeping, dusting, and wiping down of surfaces Politely listens to guest feedback and complaints and resolves them, when possible, otherwise communicates them to the Retail Manager Provides coverage so that team members may take bathroom breaks Monitors the radio to listen for other areas they may be needed Directly oversees the Retail Assistant Managers and demonstrates how to be a good and effective leader by sharing tips and providing mentorship when possible Creates the daily assignment schedule for all retail team members Addresses minor disciplinary issues directly with team members and communicates more serious issues to the Retail Manager May need to sit in on coach and counsel sessions or write-ups for team members who face escalated disciplinary action Protects guest belongings, turns in lost and found items immediately Reports maintenance or safety concerns to the Retail Manager in a timely manner Cooperates with other departments to provide a positive guest experience Promptly notifies the security team or the operator of team member and guest injuries or emergencies Completes additional duties as assigned by the Retail Manager Skills:

Experience:
Minimum of 1 season of work experience in the Retail Department is required.
