The goal then was to be a go-to for architects on projects with architectural signage needs. Today, we strive to be the go-to for architectural signage with architects, end-users, general contractors, designers, and owners reps. We have 60,000 square feet interior and exterior manufacturing facilities, 100 employees, and we are able to serve clients nationally.Scope of WorkIn this role you will be a go-to for planning and programming architectural signage systems for national clients. This front end planning role is customer facing and imperative for the success of both our team and the project itself. This includes development and creation of presentations, proposals, conceptual designs, location plans, message schedules and installation documents.Knowledge
Skill RequirementsCollege degree in a Design related field, and experience in sign system planning and design.Working knowledge of wayfinding theory, signage regulations, sign design (understanding of type styles, layout, and color), 3D special relations, and excellent written and verbal communication.Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Excel.Familiarity of SignAgent(TM) sign programming software, ability to read floor plans, and understand construction documents is a plus.Duties
ResponsibilitiesImplement all phases of the Design-Build process:
Initial sign counts and takeoffs for proposal creationSite surveys for planning and understanding construction/building sites, and reviewing plansUnderstand, research and determine ADA and other code requirements to ensure our work meets client and code needs.Prepares message schedule and location plans with great attention to detailCollaborate and recommend product solutionsCreate conceptual design options for client reviewCollaborate with Production Design team to ensure designs are buildableWorks with Estimating to prepare pricing estimates and quotationsPrepare production and installation documentsCoordinate timelines with Project Manager or Account ManagerConducts final walk-thru/review with the clientCreate the client's final sign Standards Manual for future ordersThis position may also be called to make client presentations, create conceptual and production sign design documents while you support the sales process with preparation of presentation and related materials. Directly involved with customers to assist the Business Development Manager in selling Design-Build, as needed.This is a full-time salaried position with benefits.Step 2:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
