Ensure the technical implementation of new clients and the review of technical implementations for existing clients and guarantee the execution of the IT strategy in Portugal in line with the Intrum Group's guidelines.Requirements:
- Degree in IT (or similar) - an eliminating factor;- 5 years' experience in a similar role or managing IT teams in a multinational context (minimum);- Fluency in English - an eliminating factor;- Fluency in portuguese - and eliminating factor;- Knowledge in project management (preferred);- Proficiency in multiple technological languages (.NET, C#, PL/SQL preferred);- Experience working multiple databases systems;- Experience in team management;- Planning and organization ;- Problem-solving skills;- Results-oriented;Your main responsibilities will be:
- Analyzing, proposing and implementing actions / activities that guarantee increased efficiency of IT tools and methodologies and that are aimed at innovation (IA) and continuous improvement - Ensuring that the IT budget is monitored and complied with;- Monitor, supervise and guarantee the execution of local projects;- Ensuring efficient use of global IT services ;Ensuring that systems are maintained in accordance with the group's rules and guidelines;- Managing the team and setting priorities based on business needs.
