Job Description:
FULL CHARGE ACCOUNTANT/BOOKKEEPER POSITION
Exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Accountant/Bookkeeper for a well-established privately owned manufacturing company. We have been in business for over 45
years and maintain a large diverse Customer base serving a multitude of commercial markets.
The candidate must have a strong knowledge of and a solid understanding of all aspects of accounting, with a demonstrated good personality and ability to work with others. The candidate will report directly to the General Manager, ideal candidates would be seen as a consultant. This is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to contribute, seek improvements in systems and analysis and make a difference.

Ideal candidate would have previous manufacturing/production machine shop experience in the FCA position.
Responsibilities or Knowledge of:
Accounts Receivable -- full cycle
Accounts Payable -- full cycle
Payroll -- full cycle
General Ledger
Financial Statement Reporting
Bank Reconciliation
Sourcing and ordering job materials
Applying/Filing of Permits and other Insurance & Government Documents
Other Bookkeeping /Administrative duties
Some overtime required
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge of database applications
Knowledge of ADP payroll, a plus
5
years of Accounting/Full Charge Bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Personable and a quick learner
Fast but accurate Self motivated and detailed oriented
Able to multi-task
Organized
